What happens if my task takes more time than I purchased?
We’ll let you know before going over. You can add hours at the hourly rate, or we’ll complete what fits within your purchased block and outline what’s left.
How long does the work take?
Most orders are completed within 2 to 4 business days after your work order is confirmed and payment is received. Complex tasks may take longer. We’ll communicate that upfront.
What do you need to access my platform?
You’ll provide staff or collaborator access, not your main login credentials. The work order form explains what to set up before you submit.
