Just launched or launching soon
You just got commissioned, booked your first paid client, or are days from going live. You know you need a booking system, intake forms, payment collection, and automated reminders — but figuring all of that out while also doing the actual work is not sustainable. This retainer lets you hand off the tech side from day one.
Just launched or launching soon
You have been in business for a while, things are moving, but every time you add a service, raise your prices, or change how you work, your systems need to be updated, and you are doing it yourself. A retainer gives you consistent support without having to start from scratch every time something changes.
This is not the right fit if you are looking for a one-time review. If you need a clear picture of what is wrong with your current setup, first, the Booking System Audit or Business Systems Checkup is the better starting point.
Each month includes up to 3 hours of active support across your booking and payment systems. Here is what that time covers.
Booking Platform Setup and Configuration
Ongoing setup and maintenance of your Square Appointments or Acuity account. Services, pricing, calendar settings, booking page updates, and any change to how clients book with you get handled here.
Deposit Collection
Setting up and maintaining deposit requirements so that payment is collected before the appointment is confirmed. If you add a new service or change your deposit structure, it will be updated as part of your monthly support.
Intake Form Creation and Updates
Building and maintaining the intake forms connected to your booking flow. When you add a service, change your process, or realize you need to collect different information, your intake form gets updated.
Automated Reminder Sequences
Setting up and maintaining the reminder sequences that go out before appointments so clients show up informed and prepared without you sending a single manual message.
Service Package Changes
When you add a service, retire one, change your pricing, or adjust your booking terms, those changes get reflected in your booking system. This is one of the most common reasons service providers stay on retainer: the business keeps changing, and the systems need to keep up.
One Troubleshooting Call
A scheduled call each month to address anything that has broken, anything that is not behaving correctly, or any new questions about how to configure something in your setup.
What’s NOT Covered
To keep the scope focused and the support effective, the following are not included:
- Website design or development
- Social media content or account management
- Graphic design
- Email marketing strategy or content
- Anything outside your booking and payment stack
If you need help with any of these, we can discuss scoping it as a separate project.
