If any of these sound familiar, this audit is for you:
You get inquiries, but fewer of them convert to booked appointments than you expect
Clients seem confused about what to do next at some point in your process
You are manually following up, confirming, or reminding more than you should have to
You have had repeat no-shows or late payments despite having systems in place
You have changed or added services and are not sure your full client path still makes sense
You want to grow, but know your current client experience cannot hold more volume without something breaking
This is not a class and not a general business consultation. It is a structured review of your actual client experience from the first message to the final follow-up, with a clear report of what to fix and in what order.
I walk through all seven touchpoints of your client journey. Here is what I am looking at in each one.
01- Inquiry
How clients find you and what happens the moment they reach out. I am looking at your first response, how fast it goes out, how clearly it answers their question, and whether it moves them toward booking or leaves them waiting to hear more. This is where most service providers lose clients without ever knowing it happened.
02- Booking
The booking experience itself. How easy it is to get on your calendar, what information is required to complete a booking, whether the flow is clear and complete, and whether clients finish the process or abandon it midway.
03 – Intake
The information you collect before the appointment begins. Whether your intake form exists, what it asks, when it arrives in the client’s process, and whether it is actually completed before the appointment, rather than skipped or filled out in the waiting room.
04- Payment
How and when payment is collected. Whether a deposit is required before the appointment is confirmed, how the checkout experience feels to the client, and whether your payment setup creates confidence or hesitation. This is also where I look at what happens when a client does not pay on time.
05 – Reminder
What happens in the days between booking and the appointment? Whether automated reminders are running, how many touchpoints exist, what they say, and whether clients arrive informed and prepared or arrive confused about what to bring, what to expect, or whether the appointment is still happening.
06 – Appointment
The day-of client experience. How clients check in, whether the information from their intake was transferred correctly, and whether the appointment begins smoothly or requires you to gather information you should already have.
07 – Follow up
What happens after the appointment ends? Whether you have an automated follow-up sequence, whether you are prompting for reviews or rebooking, and whether clients are being retained after their first visit or disappearing without any reason to come back.
