Up to 10 participants per standard session. For larger teams, we can discuss additional sessions or a custom arrangement.

What if my staff have questions that the training doesn’t cover?

Q&A is built into every session. Staff ask questions in real time, and we answer them on the spot — that is where the real learning happens.

What is white-label training?

White-label sessions are delivered under your brand, not Non-Techie HQ’s. Available for consultants, agencies, or business owners who want to offer platform training as part of their own service offering.

What is the difference between a standard session and custom workflow training?

Standard sessions train your team on a platform’s features and functions. Custom workflow training covers a specific workflow we have already built or configured for your business. It trains your team on how to use the platform, not just how the platform works.

Can I book sessions for multiple platforms?

Yes. The 3-session and 5-session packages are designed for businesses onboarding multiple platforms. You can also book additional single sessions after an initial package.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend at least 7 to 10 business days before your target training date to allow time for material preparation. Reach out as early as possible if you have a specific go-live deadline.
